The available delivery methods depend on the country and the recipient&#8217;s address and are displayed during the ordering process. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before placing an order, the customer sees:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>available delivery methods;<\/li>\n<li>the price of each delivery method;<\/li>\n<li>any additional costs;<\/li>\n<li>total order amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and, if applicable, the size and weight of the shipment. The price displayed before placing the order applies. <\/p>\n<h2>Free Shipping<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shipping is free for purchases over 40 EUR in Slovenia and over 50 EUR in Croatia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Free shipping on purchases over the specified amount does not apply during major sales events, such as Black Friday and the Total Home Clearance Sale. During these periods, shipping is charged according to the standard rate; in Slovenia, it is 3.50 EUR. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the carrier offers shipment tracking, the buyer will receive a link or tracking information after the shipment is dispatched.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Delivery Times<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The estimated delivery time for in-stock items is 3 to 14 business days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For products not in the seller\u2019s own warehouse, the delivery time is up to 30 days, unless otherwise specified for the product. The delivery time for personalized products is listed next to each individual product. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If an order cannot be shipped within the expected timeframe, the seller will notify the buyer of this without undue delay.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the seller fails to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, the consumer has the rights set forth in ZVPot-1, including the right to set a reasonable additional time limit for the seller and to withdraw from the contract under the conditions provided by law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pickup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We recommend that the customer inspect the condition of the shipment upon receipt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the package is visibly damaged, please report the damage to the delivery person immediately, if possible, and notify the seller at <a href=\"mailto:online@polzela.com\">online@polzela.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the consumer, physically takes possession of the goods.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Shipping Outside the European Union<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If shipping to a country outside the European Union is available, customs duties, taxes, and other charges may apply upon import, as determined by the competent authorities of the recipient country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Such costs are not included in the price of the product or shipping, unless otherwise explicitly stated during the ordering process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Payment Methods<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The available payment methods are displayed before you place your order. Depending on the country of delivery and current offerings, they may include: <\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>cash on delivery, if available for the selected shipping method;<\/li>\n<li>payment by bank transfer to the business account of SIREKAR nogavice d.o.o.;<\/li>\n<li>payment by Visa or Mastercard;<\/li>\n<li>Payment via Apple Pay\/Google Pay, if supported on the device you&#8217;re using.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For bank transfers, the customer receives the payment information when placing the order. As a general rule, the order is processed upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any additional costs associated with a particular payment method are displayed before the order is placed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Secure Card Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Card payments are processed via a secure connection and a payment service provider.
